This example visualizes the correlation between average horsepower, torque, and highway MPG across 31 car makes using a bubble chart. Each circle’s position encodes horsepower (x-axis) and torque (y-axis), while its radius scales with highway MPG and its color maps to the car make via a categorical scale. The visualization uses d3.csv to load the data, d3.scaleLinear for axes and bubble size, and d3.scaleOrdinal with d3.interpolateTurbo for colors, rendering in SVG. Interactive tooltips appear on hover, and a legend explains both size and color encodings.
