A live animation renders a set of circles whose vertical positions oscillate sinusoidally over time. Built with D3 v6, the visualization uses the `select` API to append an SVG canvas and updates the scene at 60 frames per second via `setInterval`. It applies the modern `join` operation to bind the dynamic data to circle elements, animating their `cx` and `cy` attributes as the wave pattern shifts. Data is generated procedurally with `range` and `scaleLinear` from the D3 library.
