It uses a simulated asynchronous fetch (`getCars`) with a two-second delay, then filters and formats the data using `Array.filter`, `Array.map`, and a custom `formatCar` function. The output is rendered into an HTML `<pre>` element via the Document Object Model. The visualization demonstrates a loading state ("Loading ...") before the final list of car descriptions appears.
