This example shows a force-directed network graph of named nodes with circular labels and red connecting lines. The visualization uses `d3.forceSimulation` with link, charge, and center forces to position the nodes, which are rendered as SVG circles with white fills and text labels. The code loads node and link data from a local `flare.json` file, and the simulation updates node and link positions continuously during the animation tick.
