It loads world country boundaries from a TopoJSON file via the `world-atlas` package, then isolates Kazakhstan’s geometry using `topojson.feature`. A Mercator projection (`d3.geoMercator`) is fitted to the country’s extent with `fitSize`, and the path is drawn with `d3.geoPath`.
