Each circle represents a municipality, positioned by tax rate and income, with its radius encoding average age. The visualization uses D3 v5's `scaleLinear`, `axisBottom`, and `axisLeft` to construct the chart from the CSV data, rendered as SVG. A dropdown menu component is also included, though its options are not yet connected to interactive filtering.
