This example visualizes the locations and magnitudes of missing migrant incidents on a world map, with circle size encoding the total number of dead and missing individuals. Using a natural Earth projection via `d3.geoNaturalEarth1` and `d3.geoPath`, it renders landmasses, country borders, and graticules in SVG. Circles are positioned by projecting coordinate pairs and scaled with `d3.scaleSqrt`. The data is loaded from a CSV via `d3.csv`, while the world atlas comes from a TopoJSON file parsed with `topojson.feature` and `topojson.mesh`.
