Forked from Smiley Face Part V

This example shows a yellow smiley face with black-outlined eyes and a curved mouth, rendered as a static SVG graphic in a React application. It splits the visualization into three reusable components—`BackgroundCircle`, `Eyes`, and `Mouth`—each defined in its own ES6 module. The `Mouth` component uses the `d3.arc` API from d3.v5 to generate the path for the smile. React Fragments in `Eyes` group multiple circles without adding extra DOM elements. All geometry is positioned via a central translation transform.

AI-generated description

Splitting React components into multiple files using ES6 modules. Bonus: React Fragments!
