This visualization displays a map of the United States centered using the Albers equal-area projection. It shows the nation’s landmass with a colored fill, state boundaries as thin strokes, and a graticule sphere outline. Built with React and D3 v5, it loads US Atlas TopoJSON data via `d3.json` and uses `topojson.feature` and `topojson.mesh` to extract land and interior boundaries. The map is rendered as SVG paths generated by `d3.geoPath` with `geoAlbers`.
