A bare-bones React example renders a single gray circle on an SVG canvas sized at 960 by 500 pixels. The circle, with a radius of 200, is defined directly in the `index.html` markup using the SVG `<circle>` element. The associated `index.js` file merely logs "hi" to the console, and the page’s styling consists of a CSS rule that sets the body margin to zero and hides overflow. The project serves as a minimal starting point for integrating React with SVG-based data visualizations.
