It uses React to render SVG elements, with d3-geo’s `geoPath` and `geoInterruptedBoggs` for the interrupted Boggs projection, and `geoGraticule` for the latitude-longitude grid. The World Atlas TopoJSON dataset supplies land and country interior meshes via topojson’s `feature` and `mesh`. Styling is applied through CSS classes, producing a clean, polished cartographic aesthetic.
