Five fruit circles animate into a bowl via d3 transitions, initially appearing as apples before one becomes a lemon and others exit. An ordinal color scale maps types to red and blue, while hover interactions trigger a black stroke highlight. Using d3.v5, the fruitBowl function merges enter and update selections, applying duration-1000 transitions to position and radius.
