This interactive network graph visualizes climate data for major cities, showing nodes colored by temperature on a cool color scale, connected by sequential and predefined links forming a city network. Built with D3 v7, it uses `d3.forceSimulation` with link, many-body, and centering forces to position nodes, while SVG circles and text labels display each city. The graph supports drag-and-drop interaction, updating node positions in real time. The data comes from a CSV file hosted on GitHub, which is fetched via `d3.csv`.
