A grid of randomly sized and positioned smiley faces renders in SVG using React and D3. The HappyEmoji component combines a yellow background circle, two eyes, and a smiling mouth arc generated with the d3 arc() API. Each face uses randomized values for stroke width, eye offset, eye radius, and mouth dimensions via Math.random(). The React app maps over a range of 18 entries to produce the repeated emoji pattern, with the SVG container centered for each face.
