Each circle’s x-position maps horsepower, its y-position maps torque, and its size encodes highway MPG, with color distinguishing manufacturer. Built with D3.js v7, the SVG chart includes interactive tooltips on hover, a legend, and axis labels. Data is loaded from a CSV file, and animated transitions are used for tooltip opacity.
