This example shows the first half of a smiley face drawn with SVG circles: a large yellow face with two black eyes. The face and eyes are positioned using calculated coordinates relative to the center of a 960×500 viewport, with the face radius set to the center height minus half the stroke width. The code uses React’s `ReactDOM.render` to mount a functional `App` component that returns an SVG element, with circle properties like `cx`, `cy`, and `r` passed as JSX attributes. The mouth is not yet included, matching the “half way” description in the README.
