The rendering selectively reveals the lines only within a circular region at the center of the canvas, using SVG masks to clip the drawing. The code programmatically creates 100 horizontal and 100 vertical rectangles using the SVG API, with two masks to control visibility, resulting in a precise geometric interplay of lines.
