Built with React and D3 v5, it uses `d3.csv` to load United Nations World Population Prospects 2019 data, then applies `scaleBand` for the y-axis and `scaleLinear` for the x-axis. The SVG renders each bar without axes, making the chart intentionally minimal. An external `bundle.js` contains the React code, which iterates over the data to draw the rectangles.
