Built with D3.js (version 3.5.17), it uses `d3.layout.tree` and `d3.svg.diagonal` to compute positions and draw curved paths, with animated transitions triggered by clicking nodes. The SVG rendering applies CSS styling for node strokes and background, while node expansion and collapse are handled through click events and `_children` toggling. The static dataset is embedded directly in the HTML.
