This example demonstrates a reusable scatterplot that cycles through four Iris flower measurements, updating the x-axis and labels every three seconds. Iris data is loaded from a CSV URL and rendered as SVG circles with smooth transitions. The chart uses D3 v7 APIs including `scaleLinear`, `extent`, `axisLeft`, `axisBottom`, and `transition` to animate both circle positions and axis label changes. A custom `scatterPlot` function exposes configurable accessors for dimensions, margins, and axis labels.
