This visualization combines a bubble map of global migrant deaths with a brushing-linked time series histogram. The map uses D3’s `geoNaturalEarth1` projection and `geoPath` to render country boundaries and proportional circles sized by death counts. Selecting a date range with `brushX` on the histogram filters the map’s data in real time. The React app loads CSV data from Simplemaps and TopoJSON world atlas boundaries, rendering both views as SVG.
