The component tracks pointer movement via the `onMouseMove` event handler, logging `clientX` and `clientY` coordinates to the console, while the face itself remains stationary at the viewport center. Built with React 16.9 and ReactDOM, the visualization uses a single `<circle>` element inside an `<svg>` whose dimensions match `window.innerWidth` and `window.innerHeight`. Only the circle’s position is fixed; no actual cursor-following logic is implemented beyond the event logging.
