This interactive visualization explores ranked-choice voting experiments in the Portland mayoral election. It fetches real-time election data from a cloud-hosted JSON file using `d3.json` and renders a set of circles on an SVG canvas, each positioned and colored by the data. The visualization provides an initial, abstract representation of the results, with a semi-transparent orange background and circle opacity for visual layering. Built with Svelte, the example demonstrates data fetching, component-based rendering, and scalable vector graphics output.
