Built using the Vega-Lite API, the visualization registers Vega and Vega-Lite with a Vega-Tooltip handler and renders points to the full browser window. Data is loaded asynchronously via d3.csv from a GitHub gist, while axis labels and titles are customized through a config object. The chart uses a dark-on-light theme with semi-transparent point markers and no axis domains.
