The code defines the face parts explicitly with hard-coded `cx`, `cy`, `r`, `fill`, and `stroke` attributes on `<circle>` elements, leaving the mouth and other details out. A minimal HTML page with inline CSS hides any overflow, while the SVG canvas is set to 960 by 500 pixels.
