Five fruit bowls appear as circles and labels, re-rendering on a timer as apples are removed or replaced with lemons. Each fruit is drawn as an SVG group containing a circle and text, with the circles colored and sized by a `d3.scaleOrdinal` based on fruit type. The code uses D3 v5 data joins to enter, update, and exit these nested elements within an SVG.
