A yellow circle with black outline and two smaller circles forms a smiley face, with a thick arc for the mouth created using D3's `arc` generator. The SVG is rendered through React components, with coordinates and radii defined as constants and arranged using a `<g>` transform. This example demonstrates combining React's declarative JSX with D3's shape generators within an HTML starter template.
