The x-axis displays reported dates in a time scale, while the y-axis encodes the total number of deceased or missing individuals per month. Built with React and D3 v7, the chart uses `d3.bin` and `timeMonths` thresholds to aggregate the CSV data into monthly intervals. SVG rectangles with native tooltips render the bars, with axes generated by custom React components.
