Smeelie is a static SVG smiley face built with React 16.9.0. The visualization shows a large yellow circle with a black outline and two smaller filled circles for eyes, all rendered directly in an SVG element via the included index.html. The code uses React’s production UMD build from unpkg, but the image itself is plain SVG markup with no interactive or animated behavior. The drawing is centered on a 960×500 canvas with a yellow face, black stroke, and two dark eye circles.
