An interactive map of Uganda displays election results by district. Dropdown menus allow selection of a specific district and political party to filter the data. Bubble size and color intensity encode the number of votes received using `d3.scaleLinear` for both radius and a red color scale. The visualization is built with `d3.geoPath` to render district and country boundaries from GeoJSON files, with circles positioned using a map projection based on coordinates from `districts_lon_lat.json`.
