Built with React and D3 v5, the visualization loads a CSV dataset from a GitHub gist, uses `d3.scaleBand` for the categorical y-axis and `d3.scaleLinear` for the numeric x-axis, and renders green SVG rectangles for each bar. Red axis tick lines and text labels are generated manually within the React component.
