A yellow circle with a black outline and two smaller open circles for eyes forms the start of a smiley face on a blank SVG canvas. The example uses React 16.7.0 to render static SVG shapes, positioning the face’s head and eyes via explicit `cx` and `cy` coordinates. It demonstrates basic SVG circle elements with fill and stroke styling, serving as the first step toward a complete facial expression. The code does not yet include a mouth or any interactive or animated behavior.
