When the user hovers over any point along a line, that country’s trajectory highlights in red and a tooltip appears with the country name, death count, and date. The interaction is powered by a Voronoi overlay constructed with `d3.Delaunay.from` and `voronoi.renderCell`, which assigns each data point a hover region. The chart is built with React, D3 v5, and SVG, using `scaleTime`, `scaleLog`, and data from the CSSE COVID-19 time series.
