This interactive network graph displays people and databases connected by directed, labeled links representing relationships like “KNOWS” and “FOUNDED.” A dropdown menu filters the view to show only nodes and edges adjacent to a selected entity, re-rendering the SVG with d3.forceSimulation. The code defines nodes with names and labels, and links with types and optional dates, using d3.v4 and d3-selection-multi to set attributes on SVG elements.
