A circle inside an SVG follows the mouse cursor in real time. The visualization tracks pointer coordinates and updates the circle's position instantly. Built with React and D3 v7, the app uses the `onMouseMove` event and the `useState` hook to store and render the cursor's `clientX` and `clientY` values. The circle's radius is fixed at 30 pixels.
