The SVG visualization uses d3.line with a monotone curve, with each data point marked by a circle whose tooltip reveals the exact user count. Annotations from d3-svg-annotation highlight three growth events: a Medium post, the VizHub 2.0 Kickstarter, and the Datavis 2020 course launch. The code reads a local CSV file with user counts per date, and implements custom axes with tick marks and labels from d3.axisBottom and d3.axisLeft.
