A React and D3 scatterplot displays weekly San Francisco temperature readings over time, plotting each timestamp and temperature pair as a pink circle on an SVG canvas. The code uses d3.csv to load data from a GitHub gist, d3.scaleTime and d3.scaleLinear for axes, and d3.timeFormat for weekday labels. Custom React components AxleBottom, AxleLeft, and Marks render ticks and circles, with layout managed through margin calculations and SVG transforms.
