This example shows a horizontal bar chart of the top 10 most populous countries, using circles sized by population instead of traditional bars. The chart loads data from a CSV file and renders as an SVG. The code uses D3 v5 APIs including `select`, `csv`, `scaleLinear`, `scalePoint`, `axisLeft`, and `axisBottom` to build the visualization, with custom tick formatting and a title.
