This fork of the HTML Starter displays a static orange circle rendered with SVG. The page uses plain HTML and CSS to center the circle and a large “Hello HTML!” message, while a minimal index.js script only logs to the console. The example demonstrates the basic structure of an Observable-style starter, with the SVG element defined directly in the markup rather than generated by a library.
