This map of the United States displays all 50 states with land areas filled in tan and state borders drawn as blue strokes. Hovering over a state turns it white. Built with React and D3 v5, it projects geographic data from a TopoJSON file using the `geoAlbersUsaTerritories` projection and renders paths via `d3.geoPath`. The `useData` hook fetches and parses the data using D3’s `json()` and TopoJSON’s `feature()` and `mesh()` functions.
