Built with D3 v7, the visualization uses `d3.scaleLinear` for both axes, `d3.axisBottom` and `d3.axisLeft` for ticks, and `d3.symbol` with a circle shape to render the points. The SVG output includes axis labels and hover tooltips showing car details, all within a reusable `scatterPlot()` function. The dataset is hardcoded in the script.
