This example plots a sample of geolocated crime reports on a map of the United States using `d3.geoAlbersUsa` and `d3.geoPath`. Each red circle marks a reported incident, with different crime types visible via a mouseover tooltip and `d3.csv` loading the data. The visualization incorporates SVG rendering and interactive zoom via `d3.zoom`. The map outlines come from a TopoJSON file of US states, and the crime data is drawn from a CSV containing primary type and coordinates.
