This fork of “Let's Make a Face Part I” displays a yellow smiley-face outline with two dark eye circles on a blank canvas. It uses an HTML5 `<svg>` element with hard-coded coordinate values, drawing the face via three `<circle>` shapes. The main circle is filled yellow with a black stroke, while the two eye circles use default black fills, positioned symmetrically around the center. No JavaScript libraries are involved; the rendering is purely declarative SVG.
