An interactive world map renders countries as SVG paths using a D3 azimuthal equidistant projection and `d3.geoPath`. The visualization loads geographic data from the World Atlas TopoJSON and TSV files, then applies a spectral color scale to each country. Users can pan and zoom the map via D3's zoom behavior, which transforms the main group element. A commented-out color legend and country title tooltips remain in the code but are not active.
