The visualization displays final points totals for MotoGP 2019 riders as a simple text-based list, with each rider's name followed by their score. It uses D3 v5’s `csv` method to parse the embedded data.csv file and logs the parsed data to the console via a promise, while rendering only an empty SVG canvas with no additional graphical elements.
