This example shows the number of property recovery cases across fifteen police areas, rendered as horizontal bars whose lengths encode the case counts. The visualization combines React for component state and rendering with D3 v5 for data loading and scales, using `d3.csv` to fetch a CSV file and `scaleBand` and `scaleLinear` for axes. SVG rectangles are drawn inside a React component, with gridlines and tick labels generated via D3’s scale ticks, while the page title appears above the chart.
