This PERT chart visualizes task dependencies and bottlenecks in a project schedule. Each node displays early start, length, early finish, late start, slack, and late finish times, with critical tasks highlighted in pink and non-critical tasks in blue. Links connecting critical nodes are also colored pink to emphasize the critical path. The example uses GoJS Diagram, LayeredDigraphLayout, and custom binding converters to dynamically compute node and link colors based on the critical property in the data.
