A yellow circle with a black outline occupies the center of an SVG canvas, representing a face in progress. Two smaller black circles act as eyes, positioned symmetrically to the left and right of the face’s upper area. The rendering relies on three SVG `<circle>` elements, with the main face sized at 960 by 500 pixels and the eyes offset from the center via hardcoded `cx` coordinates. The code does not use any JavaScript libraries, instead directly embedding circle geometry and styling attributes in the markup.
