A short, procedural scene renders a light blue canvas populated by three black birds. Each bird consists of two circles for the body and head, plus a path for a wing, positioned at random coordinates within the upper half of the display. The code uses d3.select, append, and attr to construct the SVG elements, and the main function exports a container-based draw function that calculates dimensions from the container's clientWidth and clientHeight.
