This example visualizes economic factors in the United States from 1800 to 2011, plotting tax revenue against other variables as a scatter plot. The chart allows users to select which economic columns to display on the x-axis and y-axis via dropdown menus. The visualization uses d3.v5's scaleLinear, axisBottom, and axisLeft to construct the axes, while a custom scatterPlot function renders the circles.
